Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Terrarom (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. You grant Terrarom a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace members. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or violates applicable law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Copyright & DMCA

We respond to valid copyright notices. To report infringing content, email dmca@terrarom.com with the work in question, the location of the material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We will remove material that is the subject of a valid notice.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrarom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
